CLASSES
Kindergarten Program (JK and SK)
Young children experience successful elementary years when they
establish a solid educational foundation at the kindergarten level.
Kingsley’s kindergarten program works to enhance the development of all
academic concepts. Pupils are provided with a variety of constructive
materials to stimulate exploration and learning in all curriculum
areas. The positive development of social skills is acquired through
individual and group activities.Primary Grades
Kingsley students in grades one through five are taught math, reading and writing, core French, social and natural sciences, history, art, physical education, and geography.
Our music program, taught by a specialized music teacher, includes singing and Orff instruments and many chances to perform throughout the year. Recorder lessons begin in grade one and there is an extra Band class for the grade fives.
Students in the older grades receive computer and keyboarding instruction and participate in on-going enrichment such as current events and special projects.
